The Hebrew calligraphy is from Leviticus 19:9. When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not cut the corners of your field, you shall leave them for the poor and the strangers. In my papercut, Ruth is gleaning the corners whilst in the centre there are the whole sheafs standing. The sun and the rain (symbolised by the rainbow) is sent from Hashem to make the wheat grow.
